VARIO-BARB NEEDLE

The Vario-Barb needle was developed to reduce the penetration force in heavy-weight materials or recycled fibres. In this needle the barbs' depth and kick-up increase from the point of the needle towards the shank.

This means that the barbs at the very tip are smaller. Hence, the needle penetrates the material more easily, hardly bends, and the needles break much less frequently.
